Being neighborly

We care.

We strive to be a good neighbor in everything we do, from keeping our stores and parking lots clean and tidy to scheduling our deliveries to minimize noise and disruption. We recruit our staff from the local area, donate to local charities, help schools raise money, and work hard to be a friend to the environment.

Shop for Schools.

At fresh&easy, we know how important schools are to the neighborhood, and how budgets continue to be cut, so we created a fundraising program called Shop for Schools to help. Since 2009, over $4 million has been donated to local schools to use for whatever they need most. Registration for the 2012 Shop for Schools program is now open, sign up today so your school can easily raise money just by collecting fresh&easy receipts!

Giving back...

Giving back to the neighborhood is important to us. Every time we open a new store, we make a $1,000 donation to a local charity based on nominations from our new neighbors.  Each store donates weekly to a local food bank and every month all our stores donate products to local nonprofit groups.

Why do we do all this? Because we're your neighborhood market and that's simply what a good neighbor should do.
