creating value for customers at fresh & easy

I've always had a simple belief that no business has the right to exist just because it's been around for a long time - it can only exist if it creates enough value for customers today...tomorrow...next week...next year.

After talking to many people, we designed fresh&easy to do just that. It's always good to hear when we're achieving it. Take Arizona student and travel enthusiast Amarone, as an example.

Or Katrina, from Tucson, AZ, who writes about her second visit to our store. Of course, those coupons come in really handy, especially with gas prices as high as they are.

Photographer Beth, from Seal Beach, CA writes about some of her favorite products and her discovery that fresh and healthy food is accessible, and affordable at fresh&easy. That's exactly what we're trying to do - offering better, fresher food, while saving you money at the same time.

One last shout out goes to our friend and fellow foodie, Oakley, whose many blogs talk about her experiences and recipes using f&e ingredients. Thanks for the feedback!

Want to participate in the online conversations about us? Check out Chow Hound to read what others have to say. You can also share your thoughts and tell us directly what you think about our stores, our service, our products or indeed, anything else that takes your fancy.

After all, it's only by listening that we can create enough value for you, not just today, but also tomorrow. We then continue to earn our right to exist, and you get a better shopping trip.

It really is that simple... but that, of course, is how it should be.....

My wife and I have been shopping at the Simi Valley location for a few months now. The Fresh & Easy brand name products are just as good if not better than most national name brands. After shopping at Fresh & Easy, we have seen a decrease in the monthly grocery bills with an increase food quality. We would recommend that everyone give the store a shot.

I bake gluten-free muffins in California. I learned about your company when I watched the TV series, Breaking into Tesco. And just yesterday, I visited a Fresh & Easy store in San Diego and noticed the exquisite packaging for their single unit muffins. Because my product is gluten-free, it needs to be individually wrapped to avoid cross contamination from their wheaty counterparts. So I wanted to find out if you would be able to direct me to the right place.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

hey- wife and i just shopped at the h st. location in chula vista for the first time- we live in the center city area of san diego and we're puzzled, since we're quite sure a fresh and easy up here would be packed with shoppers, while chula vista has an... um... different demographic. You MUST open a store in the downtown/center city san diego area!!!

your store is AWESOME...

Orange County, California checking in with a big approval of Fresh & Easy. Love the "no hormones" meat and dairy. Thanks!

Have been buying fresh & easy brand for some months now. The prices are great, especially when I combine my order with the $5 coupon.

Yesterday at my Las Vegas fresh & easy I spent $40. About half of what I bought were fresh items marked down 50%. Then I used my $5 coupon. I got about $85 worth of groceries (including an angus steak marked down by half price) for $40 because of the markdowns and the coupon. Pretty good deal.

Thank you for having me as a direct link. I'm a huge fan of Fresh & Easy and I introduced it to my room mates. It's by far my favorite grocery store. Wish you the best success.
