I have to agree that many of your foods are much fresher and much more flavorful than products found at Trader Joe's. Then there are others which are totally blah or some that just need improvement. For example the tortilla chicken soup is awful. It's bland, yuck and I'll never buy it again. The meat in your burritos has an excellent flavor. So delish! But the rice and beans I'm not crazy about. White rice with mexican food is criminal. And believe it or not many of us do not like black beans. Authentic burritos have pinto or refried pinto beans. So once again, a travesty to put black beans. I love popcorn chicken, but yours is as flavorful as a bland broth. Popcorn chicken ought to have crunch and spice. Yours does not. I hope you plan on making improvements in these areas. And I hope you bring back the vegetarian chili that you advertised and then never carried. That's a decision I cannot understand for the life of me. I look forward to the improvements. Thanks.
I don't know of any company out there that is so generous with offering customers coupons...I don't know of any company out there, either, who is so anxious to listen to customers ideas and actually implement them...I have been shopping at F&E since the day it opened in my neighborhood...always great food...always great service...P.S...I also like the idea of having a section in the store for discounted/soon to be expired items...great idea...I can honestly say I've saved ALOT of money shopping at F&E...you have a customer for life!

When will you open in Santa Clarita? Please, please, please!!
Trader Joe's sucks compared to Fresh and Easy. What I really like about your stores and why I shop here is that your products are packaged locally and close to the stores and is energy efficient.
Hi - I just posted about your hiring fair for your central avenue store in South Los Angeles - http://www.universityparkfamily.com/profiles/blogs/fresh-and-easy-open-feb-24
But when is the Leimert Park store on Crenshaw going to open?http://www.leimertparkbeat.com/forum/topics/who-needs-trader-joes-fresh?commentId=677129%3AComment%3A16825
Are there any plans to open a store in Visalia? thanks!
I live in Phoenix and I am smack between two F&E stores (one at Northern and 12th St, the other at Greenway and 32nd St.)
If you would put a F&E at Shea and 32nd St, I guarantee you would drive the grocery store at that intersection (Bashas') out of business in a year or less. I would go to F&E all the time except for the fact that each of the locations I'm in between are a little too far for those quick trips where I only need milk or juice or eggs.
I love you F&E!
Do you have any word if Fresh&Easy has any plans to put a store in the Oakland area? There will be a giant empty store in Jack London Square because Barnes & Nobles is shutting down. Beyond a couple Chinese grocers and a Smart & Final, there's no solid grocery store in the JLS area. Thanks you for listening and hope to see you soon.
rynato and Sal --> We love getting store site suggestions from our customers who are on the ground and know the needs of the neighborhood best! You can send comments directly to our development team at http://freshandeasy.com/locationSuggestions.aspx
