Organic Recipe Spaghetti and Meatballs Pasta

An organic twist on a classic spaghetti and meatballs
recipe featuring our organic tomato and roasted red pepper sauce.
We slowly simmer roasted red peppers and vine ripened
California tomatoes to perfection ...and don't worry, there's
plenty of garlic! It's a mouth watering masterpiece. You can
prepare this meal in less than 45 minutes.

Fresh parsley - finely chopped |

Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe Directions:

| 1. |
In a large saucepan heat
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Sauté
finely chopped onions for about 10 minutes, or until translucent.
Remove onions from pan and let cool. Keep pan available for later
step. |

In a large mixing bowl scramble egg,
add cooled onions, parsley and ground beef. Mix well. Form
meatballs by rolling 2 tablespoons of mixture between hands. This
will yield about 20 meatballs. Wash your hands thoroughly. |

Add pasta sauce and ½ cup of water to
large saucepan (from step 1) and bring to a boil. With long handled
spoon gently place meatballs in boiling sauce, then reduce heat and
simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally and gently. |

While meatballs cook, prepare
spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. |
| 5. |
Serve meatballs over hot spaghetti
and garnish with chopped parsley - Buon Appetito! |
